As Founder of The Women’s Awards Community, I will be hosting a monthly online networking event.

Date: Friday 12th February 2020

Time: 12 o’clock

Location:  Online – Zoom.  The link will be provided after booking.

We’ve chosen lunchtime because we know that many women struggle with evening events, even online events because this is the time we spend with our families. Networking is important for our growth and progression and we don’t want you to miss out.

At this networking event, we will be discussing ‘Amplification’ as a tool to support ourselves and other women in business and career. At each of our monthly networking events, we will focus on a different topic to support you in dealing with and addressing the challenges you face in your business or career.

I’m also very pleased to have Dr. Hushneara Miah, Director of the Centre for Sustainability,  joining me.

Dr. Miah top is entitled ‘If I Can, You Can.’

Hushneara is a respected national award-winning professional in her field. She is Founder and Director at the Centre for Sustainability, a social enterprise set-up to support the transition to a sustainable world. The Centre provides specialist advisory, research, marketing, training and stakeholder engagement services in policy focused areas. The Centre covers themes such as low carbon procurement, social value, sustainable procurement and supply chain management and clean growth. Hushneara routinely advises government, public and private organisations on sustainability and the drive to tackle climate change as part of the journey to net-zero emissions.

I am sure her inspiring journey will motivate you to think more about what you want to achieve.

You will also have lots of opportunities to connect with other women across many other sectors.
