For most Black professionals in Senior and Mid-level positions, it can be a lonely place. I’ve been there and completely understand. That’s why I’ve created the Network.

I know for sure that my journey would have been far less lonely and challenging at times if I’d had a safe space to meet and speak with other Black professionals who understood what I was experiencing on a daily basis.

My wish is to support your continued career development, leadership, confidence, and people skills as you deal with the particular experiences we may be exposed to as a result of discrimination, criticism, micro-aggression, and harassment.
