I am so excited to be able to share this with you.
Last year I was invited to take part in a series of Wellness Workouts.
The Wellness Workout initiative is a series of podcasts, designed and developed to target health and wellbeing. The project is facilitated by C60 Media and supported by the Audio Content Fund.
Participants from across the UK were invited to share a two-minute wellness workout. I was honoured to be asked to take part and share one of my favourite meditation practices. Obviously, it had to be reduced to keep to time but it’s one of the practices I use to start my day or lift my spirit and get me in a grateful frame of mind.
I pretty much would say that I stumbled across this yesterday, as I’d not looked at my Twitter account all day, and just before going to bed, I thought I’d have a quick look to see what was happening.
To my surprise, I’d been tagged into a post from an account that I didn’t recognise. I was a little confused to start with because I could see my name. The brain was going. I was thinking that maybe it was about someone with a similar name or maybe someone was adding me to something I didn’t know about.
Then I saw my picture and thought, yes, that’s my picture, but I was still thinking what is this about. Sense finally prevailed and I read the post properly. Yes, it takes a moment sometimes.
Well, what a delightful surprise, and you can tell that I’m still buzzy from it. I hope that you enjoy the animation and the meditation and use them both whenever you need a little lift.
A huge thanks to C60 Media, Audio Content Fund, and EAVA FM who got me involved in the project in the first place. What an honour.
Enjoy!
