I’m thrilled to launch the Black Professional Leaders Network!
A safe space for Senior and Mid-level Black Leaders, fostering authentic dialogue, reflection, respect, connection, and professional support.
A place to support your need to flourish and thrive in your professional life.
For most Black professionals in Senior and Mid-level positions, it can be a lonely place. I’ve been there and completely understand. That’s why I’ve created the Network.
I know for sure that my journey would have been far less lonely and challenging at times if I’d had a safe space to meet and speak with other Black professionals who understood what I was experiencing daily.
My wish is to support your continued career development, leadership, confidence, and people skills as you deal with the particular experiences we may be exposed to as a result of discrimination, criticism, microaggression, and harassment.

I also welcome you to join our Leading with Light community group, an online community portal for people to communicate outside of group sessions, even if you are not Network member, you are more than welcome to join this community. It’s a safe space to encourage self-development and spiritual development in your role as a leader. This could be in the home, in the community, or in the workplace.
And for women only, we have the Black Professional Women’s Network: A dedicated space for Black women in leadership to share experiences, uplift one another, and thrive together. Find out more and join here.
