Getting Equity Right within Organisations

This week I’m chatting with Paul Sesay, Founder of Inclusive Companies and the IT50 Employers list.  We will be looking at Inclusive Strategies for 2023 – Getting Equity Right Within Organisations.  As you probably know creating more inclusive cultures within organisations and communities is one of the areas in which much of my work is focused.  I’m looking forward to discussing with Paul what he thinks organisations should be doing more of in 2023 and where they should put their focus.
