Black Leaders, in partnership with NielsenIQ, have launched market research that seeks to understand the state of Black inclusion across workplaces in the UK.

As part of this, we are now running a survey asking UK employees from all ethnic backgrounds about their individual opinions with regards to black inclusion within their companies.

The results of this study will allow organisations to benchmark themselves against the UK overall levels while supporting their decision making as they strive towards being more inclusive.

You can expect the survey to take less than 10 minutes to complete. Responses will be recorded and aggregated with the overall survey benchmark results. Survey results may be reported in aggregate, but all individual responses will be kept strictly confidential.
